3 cups cooked instant rice
4 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 diced tomato
1 cup of diced celery
1-1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
A few drops Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. of salt
Over medium heat, saute the vegetable, exept the tomato, into the preheated oil. When the vegetables are soft and golden, stir in the cooled and cooked rice and salt. Stir with a fork for about 2 minutes. Add the drops of soya sauce and spice to taste. Incorporate the tomate, stir for another 2 minutes and serve while hot.

Would make this again.
Quick and healthy! I used non-stick spray instead of so much oil.
