3 cup cooked white rice
8 slices of bacon
1 onion, finely chopped
1 rib of celery, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup butter
Fry the bacon until soft, before it becomes crispy. Slice the bacon in about half inches slices. Saute the vegetables in the butter over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes or until soft. Stir in the rice and bacon. Serve.
