1-1/2 cup long grain rice
2-3/4 cup water
1/4 cup white wine
2 teaspoons chicken broth powder
1 finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove
2 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
Preheat oven to 325 °F. Rinse the rice under cold water to remove starch. Mix everything into a casserole and put into oven. Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes.
